Brig. K. Srinivasan (Retd)
Establishment Director

A graduate of Defence Services Staff College and College of Defence Management, during his active army career of 35 years, participated in 1965 and 1971 wars and in counter insurgency operations in Jammu & Kashmir and has held several important commands, instructional and planning assignments.  At Centre for Security Analysis (CSA), he guides and supervises the work of research fellows.  His area of work includes, conflict resolution & peace building, terrorism, disaster management and role of civil society in conflict situations.  He is an active member of the working group on non-traditional security of Regional Network of Strategic Studies Centres set-up by NESA Centre, National Defence University, Washington. Mr. R Rajagopalan
Office and Accounts Manager

A graduate in Economics from the Madras University, Mr. R. Rajagopalan has 17 years of experience in administrative, accounts and secretarial work. He has worked with renowned companies like Ashok Leyland and Simpson. As the Office and Accounts Manager at CSA, Mr. Rajagopalan is responsible for all accounts and administration. Ms. Ancy Joseph
Research Assistant

Ms Ancy Joseph holds Master of Philosophy Degree in Public Administration and Masters Degrees in International Studies and Public Administration from University of Madras. She also holds Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Technical Education Department, Government of Kerala. As a Research Assistant at CSA, she assists the Executive Director in carrying out Center’s programmes and projects.
